Sukapura Health Center Distributes Free Masks and Intensifies 3M Campaign

In order to break the chain of COVID-19 transmission, Sukapura Urban Village Health Center (Puskesmas) intensifies 3M health protocols campaign by distributing free masks to the residents.

Through this activity, we want to make people more disciplined in implementing health protocols

Sukapura Urban Village Puskesmas Head, Lesti Harni conveyed, this campaign was carried out with theme '1 Hour into Healthy Sukapura' using door-to-door method.

Not only campaigning 3M health protocols (wearing masks, maintaining safe distance, and washing hands with soap), her side also educated people by distributing leaflets containing health information and 400 free masks to each RWs in Sukapura.

"Through this activity, we want to make people more disciplined in implementing health protocols. We will also hold this activity regularly by visiting each RWs three times a week," she said, Monday (2/1).

There are total 12 RWs in Sukapura Urban Village. Her side deployed 3-6 personnel to carry out mobile campaign in each RWs they visited from 08.00-09.00.

"We will also invite sub-district, RT, and RW to participate in this activity," she added.

By intensifying 3M health protocols campaign, she expected it to increase public awareness and discipline in breaking the chain of COVID-19 transmission, especially in family clusters.
